A freehold boutique in the established East Coast/D15 enclave, tucked along Still Road with easy access to the ECP, PIE and KPE. It’s basically complete, so you can see exactly what you’re buying — and freehold near the east coast is always in demand.
Main Consideration
Honest truth — the MRT is not a doorstep walk. Eunos is about 10–12 minutes away, and there’s no big shopping right at the door, though Parkway Parade and Katong V are close. Also, it’s a 28-unit project with very few units left (as at August 2026), so your options are thin.
