Why we collect it

  • To reply to your enquiry and give you the property information you asked for.

  • To meet our legal duties as a licensed estate agent, including CEA anti-money-laundering checks if you go on to buy or sell through us.
  • To send you property updates or newsletters, only if you separately opt in.

Marketing and the Do Not Call Registry

We will only contact you about marketing by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp if you have given clear consent, or after we have checked Singapore's Do Not Call Registry as the law requires. You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

  • PropNex Realty Pte. Ltd., the estate agency Emmeline Koh is registered with, where needed to handle your enquiry or a transaction.
  • Service providers that help run this website and our email, such as our web host and our email provider. They may store data outside Singapore, and when they do, we require them to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. If you complete a property transaction with us, records are kept for at least 5 years, as CEA rules require. After that, we delete or anonymise the data.

Protecting your data

We take reasonable security measures to protect your data, such as password-protected accounts and limiting access to those who need it.

Your choices

  • Withdraw consent: Email us, or reply "unsubscribe" to any of our emails. We will stop within a reasonable time and tell you if withdrawing affects how we can help you.
