Launch weekend
The Serra Residences launched on Friday, 16 October 2026, after previews from 2 October. Far East Organization released 113 of the 133 homes in the first phase and sold 25 of them over the launch weekend of 16 to 18 October.
Those sales ranged from S$3,123 to S$4,200 psf, averaging about S$3,460 psf. Buyers took a spread of layouts, from two-bedroom-plus-study units to the 2,669 sq ft top-floor penthouse. Far East says about 80% bought for their own stay, and 75% of buyers were Singaporeans.

Price guide from the developer
Far East Organization gives a guide price from S$3,120 psf, with a 710 sq ft two-bedroom-plus-study starting from S$2.22 million. I’ll send you the full price list for the unit type you want.

The homes
The 133 homes come in two tiers. Levels 4 to 16 have two-bedroom-with-study to four-bedroom units. The Summit, on levels 18 to 28, has larger four- and five-bedroom homes and two penthouses; 22 units have private lifts. Every home starts from level 4, above street level. Far East says it is Novena’s first GFA-harmonised freehold development, which means you pay only for usable living space.

Why buyers are looking at it
New freehold condos in the city are rare: it is only the third freehold new launch in the Core Central Region this year. For a 133-home building, the facilities are generous, with a 50m lap pool on level 3, a full-sized tennis court, a gym, spa pool, children’s facilities and a BBQ pavilion. Novena MRT is about an eight-minute walk away. St. Joseph’s Institution Junior, Anglo-Chinese School (Barker Road and Junior) and Hong Wen School are within 1 to 2 km, and Far East notes that the 2 Moulmein Road lifestyle destination nearby is targeted to open in Q1 2027.
